IHA built the construction model of Denver International Airport's Concourse C. The model was done in Constructor, allowing for the 4th and 5th Dimension of BIM. Additionally, the model assisted the contractor in preparing the steel drawings for the project. IHA oversaw a development team in India and managed the overall model, working closely with the construction cost estimating team.

Our team managed the clash detection for the consulting team, Jacobs, and helped the design team to coordinate the architecture, MEP and structural systems.

Since the model was constructed in 5D it is actually color coded for phase and construction elements. The resulting model does not necessarily represent the building design aesthetically as much as it represents the building systems.
