Iron Horse provided LEED certification documentation services for MaxFour for the New Child Development Center at Fort Leonard Wood.

IHA coordinated between the design/build architect/contractor, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, landscape architect and commissioning agent.

IHA collected all the engineering, filled out the forms and coordinated required design modifications to meet the required LEED certification level. This project is still under construction. A decision has not been made as to whether or not the project will go for certification or will self-certify.
