The 47th Battalion Dining Facility is a 600-seat new construction dining facility with 24,900 square feet and a budget of $12 million for construction. It is currently under construction and final FF& E design. IHA is responsible for the interior architecture/design and the FF& E for the facility. It is designed as a LEED Silver project and is attempting Gold certification. This design/build project is in collaboration with DRG Construction and Hensel Phelps Construction. ME Engineers are the Engineer of Record on the project and are responsible for all of the energy modeling and kitchen coordination.
