LEED Certification services is one of the avenues we pursue on projects. Our staff is trained in design and implementation of LEED certified buildings. Our management of the process is done electronically from the initiation of a project. We bring the team together collaboratively to establish the base certification goals and track the project through design and construction. All the documentation is done electronically through a project FTP site set up by IHA.

IHA has also provided LEED certification services as a consulting firm to offices that do not have the internal systems to track and evaluate the work. We have consulted on projects that did not have the benefit of starting as a LEED project. This is a more difficult path to take but with concerted team effort is it achievable.
