Streets at SouthGlenn Denver, Colorado This retail residential center was the first constructed project in the Streets at SouthGlenn. IHA‘s design established the base for the residential architectural concepts for the mixed use project. The building housed a retail center, full mock up unit and sales offices. The center was used to market the residential for-sale units as well as to lease the massive retail component of the project. IHA worked with Mandil, Inc. on the interior mock up furnishings and fixtures. The model unit for this 300 unit mixed use residential project was constructed within the SSG Sales Center. The mock–up was a full size, fully furnished operable unit for buyers to envision how they would live in the space. The open kitchen ⁄ living ⁄ dining room made efficient use of the right-sized unit allowing the buyer to move into a more compact space without sacrificing comfort. < previous mixed-use project next mixed-use project >
