John brings over 25 years in the construction industry. His management experience includes development, pre-construction, project management, project team recruitment, supervision and overall project responsibility from inception to final acceptance. Projects include commercial, health care, residential, education, municipal, retail/mixed use, hospitality, military, sports and recreation construction. He has established a reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget. Mr. Davies recently completed a several year IDIQ project for the National Capital region for the GSA in which he served as the overall Project Manager for $37M in renovations ranging from auditoriums to day care centers to a UPS replacement. His experience makes him a great leader and a thoughtful problem solver; he knows when to call a spade a spade. This approach serves the client in producing projects of value and lasting integrity.
