Berry Court, Denver Technologocal Center Denver, Colorado This 34 unit town home project was extremely challenging. The site has a 13’ drop from west to east and had several encumbrances that needed to be worked into the site. IHA proposed 4 unique town homes on the site with an urban garden element running between the entry facades of the middle units.
