Midlane Houston, Texas IHA servied as planning architect for an acre tract of land in a very desirable area of Houston. This project included a high–rise residential tower and a town home village. The design intent in the town home village was to create substantial green spaces between the units to create a garden like atmosphere. The Residential tower design was based on the classic New York residential towers of the 1920s.
