Certifications: 8(a), DBE, W/MBE Midlane Houston, Texas IHA served as planning architect for a one-acre tract of land in a very desirable area of Houston. This project included a high-rise residential tower and a townhome village. The design intent in the townhome village was to create substantial green spaces between the units, evoking a garden-like atmosphere. The residential tower design was based on the classic New York residential towers of the 1920s; which creates an elegant backdrop to the townhome village. < previous planning project next planning project >
