IHA brings 20 years of experience in design and construction to our residential plan peer review. Our review process assists the client in matching the branding of the product to the buyer through the design of the unit. The design review focus is on livability, maximization of the livable and usable areas and quality of the resulting space. We collaborate on a regular basis as a residential design consultant with national firms to assist in optimizing the interior design of the units and unit programming to match the design pro forma to the buyer profile. IHA will review core locations and exterior design for optimum saleable area and coordination with the interior of the units.
