The Currents Condominium Denver, Colorado 43 high end right–size condominium units. This project included full land entitlement, rezoning, neighborhood liaison services. IHA received a unanimous vote of approval on the project from the West Washington Park Neighborhood Group. The entitlement work increased the land value by increasing the buildable area five times over the original allowable use. The design used the concept of traditional brownstones to create a pedestrian friendly street front while allowing single floor living for the target buyer. Certifications: 8(a), DBE, W/MBE
