Winter Park Square Winter Park, Colorado IHA was the architect of record in this remodel of the retail sales center for the Lodge at Winter Park. The original building was a decrepit bar. IHA redesigned the space, completed a change in use, redesigned the toilet rooms to comply with the ADA and created a beautiful log like sales office. This project reinforces or green approach to the project. Rather than get rid of the existing structures we worked around them. We used Beetle Kill Pine, a material that has resulted from the massive beetle infestation in the winter Park Valley. < previous residential project next residential project >
