Marketing Coordinator

As a respected member of the team, the Marketing Coordinator participates in all phases of the marketing and business development process as well as assisting the Chief Business Development Officer in achieving the objectives outlined in the firm’s Strategic Practice Plan. Their duties are meticulous, expeditious, and hospitable by nature. Responsibilities include upkeep and stewardship of the company brand, collateral materials, marketing processes, databases, and marketing activity calendar.

Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of professional experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications or equivalent

Experience responding effectively to RFQ and RFP

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Software

Demonstrated competence managing and prioritizing multiple work assignments and resources to produce high-quality documents in a deadline-driven environment

Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
