CDOT Federal Boulevard Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)

Iron Horse Architects is leading the station design for the Federal Boulevard BRT project. The Federal Boulevard BRT will be a regional asset connecting residents and visitors to metro Denver’s vibrant and thriving cultural corridor. The route will span across 18+ miles along one of Denver’s most diverse corridors.

Additional and important aspirational objectives developed by the city for the project included, creating community pride, increasing community connectivity, improving quality of life, providing excellent accessibility, equality, sustainability design solutions, and expanding ridership for the highly active corridor. The project is estimated to be $300M, with $70M dedicated to station design.
